Description:Mashael Al-Shebaily and Viquar Fatima Qureshi Abstract The present study is an attempt to review literature on etiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, pathogenesis and treatment strategies of clitoral cancer. The review emphasizes on different etiological factors represented by clinical presentations, such as infective organisms, circumcision, infibulation, clitoromegaly, priapism, vulvar cancers, ovarian cancers, mixed gonadal dysgenesis, metastasis from cancers of distant organs adrenal glands, urinary bladder and rectal cancer , neurofibromatosis and other etiologies of tumors growing on clitoris. The diagnostic approach and pathology are interwoven on different aspects of clinical findings.
