Description:Great, European-style Nude Beach I'm told that the clothing optional section of Haulover is the only municipal nude beach in the country and that its atmosphere is the closest we have to the clothing optional beaches in Europe. I googled information about Haulover and directions to it. My wife and I went in mid-March on a sunny, breezy Sunday when the temperature was around We approached from the north on A1A. At about noon, we came to the northernmost parking lot , the best for the nude beach, but it was was full. There's a wide path between the dunes and the parking lots, with entrances to the beach spaced along it.
